The Toledo Correctional Facility is located in Toledo Ohio. It is one of the newer prisons in Ohio and was built in 2000. At this prison they have several rehabilitative programs. One is called “Prisoners United Puppies”. This program is one where the prisoners can apply for it and if accepted they learn to take care of a dog.
